Investment Associate at Mid Cap Private Equity Fund recruitment
The Fund:
This fund is a serious mid-cap investor that has reached the halfway point in its investment cycle. It invests in companies of various sectors across Europe typically buying growth companies and rolling them out across Europe. The current portfolio is performing well and the desire to add to the team is driven by this ongoing success and an ambition to grow.
The Requirement:
The ideal candidate will have a combination of MA (from a top tier investment bank) and private equity experience. An MBA in place of private equity experience is a possibility. The position will be at investment associate level so, as a guide, will suit somebody with between four and seven years of experience.
The position is particularly suited to a candidate that has grown tired of the mega buy out shop environment and would like a mid-cap fund where he or she will enjoy increased responsibility and gain more hands-on, operational experience.
Nordic or Northern European language skills are not essential but will be viewed favourably.
