Investment Associate, German Investments, European Private Equity Fund – London recruitment
Our client is a prominent mid market private equity firm. Highly successful, and with a leading position in £50m - £100 m buyouts, they have recently raised a new fund.
They are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team, who will focus on investments in the German region. The role will be based in London.
The role is a classic origination and execution deal role, and you will have full involvement in deal negotiation, financial modelling, valuations, structuring, financing, deal closing
Candidates should have a background in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting, have strong financial modelling skills and fluency in German. It is suitable for those at the 2nd or 3rd year level, and those with an MBA from one of the leading business schools.
