Investment Associate, Structured Finance ( Real Estate and ABS) recruitment
Working with a high calibre team of professionals, you will assist with the management of an extensive portfolio including NPLs, CMBS, RMBS, ABS and balance sheet loans.
The role will include
- Valuation, cash flow projection, stress testing and scenario modeling for the investment portfolio
- Formulation of business plans
- Prepare and present proposals to the investment committee
You will be
• Educated at least to degree level in Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
• Outstanding quantitative analysis skills
• Strong structured products knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Speak English fluently along with another European language
