Investment Associate – Tier One Infrastructure Fund recruitment
Our client is a signficant, top 10 AUM infrastructure fund, who are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team. The role has come about due to increased asset flow, and a continued focus on the EMEA region.
The position will work on direct investments into infrastructure companies and projects. They have a very strong track record in this area and a significant portfolio of EMEA assets.
The role will work on the origination and execution of deals and the management of transactions and investments from inception to completion. This would involve due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, valuations, management of outside advisors.
They are looking to meet candidates who will have a background as follows:
- investment professionals from other private equity/ infrastructure funds
- associates from major investment banks, with infrastructure, oil and gas, energy experience
- excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- very strong academic record
This opportunity is positioned at someone at the mid senior associate level, who will be able to take leadership of small parts of deals.
