About our client
This is a high profile UK fund that is investing heavily in SME’s. It has a high volume of deal-flow and is investing heavily. You’ll be working on transactions from day one
Responsibilities
- Work on all aspects of a transaction – from origination, due diligence, completion and portfolio management
- You’ll actively support the senior investment professionals
- Assist in marketing the fund to professional intermediaries
- Take the lead on certain parts of a transaction
Skills required
- Experience of working in a top tier transaction services/corporate finance team, investment banking (MA or leverage finance), or strategy consulting
- Strong academic background
- Ability to demonstrate a commercial perspective
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with pro-active approach
- Enthusiasm for this part of the UK mid-market
