The Company
Our client is an international investment with trading activities across 60 countries around the globe. They are now looking for a talented professional to join their Operations Change team to help move them closer to a globally consistent, competitive and strong operating model.
The Role
To be a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Contribute to management of the overall book of work across multiple departments, product lines/ project or analysis streams.
- Assess implication of the change to BAU team and downstream process (technological / infrastructure demand, resources demand and workflow restructuring)
- Review and be in charge of the overall development and integration of business and technical requirements.
- Transferring designs to both internal and external solution development team.
- Determine levels of testing required, work with IT to conduct UATs.
Your Profile
The individual will have the following skills:
- Proven track records of delivering change projects resulting to in depth understanding of delivering change and how appropriate use of project management methodologies and standards.
- Business knowledge of Equity derivatives, Equity Finance and Delta !
- Proven experience in investment banking industry with experience of change management / re-engineering role
- Proven track record of having reviewed or delivered complex business or technology change within Operations
- Experience of working closely with stakeholders in change from the front office business, infrastructure and IT
- Self driven and able to meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent planning, time management and resource management skills
