Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience in respective area, an existing portfolio, and a proven track record and at least $1M in gross production per year.

Specific Job Qualification:

Investment Banker

Banker will approach multi-national companies to request the opportunity to raise capital for the entity. They will be responsible for expanding company’s presence in the New Issue market and also utilize TCP’s proven “investment banking coverage” model to penetrate the New Issue market. TCP has a significant distribution system via its large client base of pension funds, insurance companies, and multi-national corporations.  

Licenses Required: Series 7, 63, Recommended: 79 and 24

Municipal Finance Banker

Banker will approach government entities, state and local authorities to request the opportunity to raise capital for the entity. They will be responsible for expanding company’s presence in the New Issue market. They will utilize TCP’s proven “investment banking coverage” model to penetrate the New Issue market. TCP has a significant distribution system via its large client base of pension funds, insurance companies, and state based clients which have treasury mandates to purchase government rated paper.

Licenses Required: Series 7 and 63, Recommended: Series 24 and 53

Municipal Sales Trader

Trader will be responsible for servicing Municipal counterparties. Trader will service his/her existing account base. Additionally they will service the firm’s “in house” client base. This position will primarily be responsible for executing trades to buy/ sell municipal securities for large multi-national companies, government entities, and other counterparties.

Licenses Required: Series 7 and 63, Recommended: Series 24 and 53

Institutional Fixed Income Sales Trader

Trader will be responsible for servicing Fixed Income counterparties. They will service his/her existing account base. Additionally they will service the firm’s “in house” client base. They will primarily be responsible for executing trades to buy / sell taxable debt securities for large multi-national companies, government entities and other institutional counterparty relationships.

Licenses Required: Series 7 and 63, Recommended: Series 24

Institutional Equity Sales Trader

Trader will be responsible for servicing Equity execution counterparties. They will service his/her existing account base. Additionally they will service the firm’s “in house” client base. They will primarily be responsible for executing trades to buy/ sell equity securities for multi-national companies and portfolio managers.

Licenses Required: Series 7, 55, and 63, Recommended: Series 24
