Investment Banking Analyst (1 or 2), M&A
Numbers Executive is currently sourcing MA Analysts for this established Sydney-based MA team. We seek MA professionals with bulge-bracket investment banking experience interested in making the move to a high-performing team with a strong deal pipeline and excellent culture.
As an MA Analyst you'll be working on a range of activities spanning the origination and deal execution cycle. With proven analysis and research capabilities you will have prior experience developing detailed financial models, preparing insightful and unique company and sector research and undertaking a range of project management tasks in relation to deal execution. In addition to traditional MA you will have the opportunity to undertake broader corporate finance mandates spanning debt equity capital markets advisory and on occasion, specialist valuation assignments.
This is an opportunity to join a team with a large pipeline of work across a range of sectors. To be considered for this team, you will be a star performer in an existing MA team here in Australia. You will have a relevant undergraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, ideally be working toward the CFA or CA program. We require candidates with strong UAI / TER / OP results and distinction average or above in the tertiary degree.
