Investment Banking Analyst recruitment
The key responsibilities will be to provide analytical support on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services; to perform research and various analyses; to prepare financial models, company valuations, marketing documents, client presentation, etc
The ideal candidate will be of one or two years work experience in investment banking business focus on cross border MA and/or US IPO; a university degree in finance, business, economics or related disciplines; proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese languages; strong analytical and communication skills; team-oriented, ethical, persevered, able to work in a fast paced environment.
