Investment Banking – APAC Management Reporting : Senior Business Exposure recruitment
****Top Tier Investment Bank looking for a MIS professional to be responsible for consolidation, analytics and commentary for the regional and global business****
The Asia Pacific Decision Support / Management Information finance team plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the regional Markets and International Banking strategy through the provision of timely, and insightful Management Information and financial analysis.
This position supports the decision making process for the APAC Executive Committee, Country Executive and Regional CFOs. In addition, this role assists on the ad-hoc requests and prepares Financial Presentations for senior management visits and strategy sessions
Responsibilities:
- Produce and consolidate PowerPoint presentations from other MI teams
- Perform 1st level review and ensure financials and commentary are accurate and insightful.
- Ensure relevant information is distributed to APAC CEO, APAC CFO and committee members on time for meetings
- General specific ad-hoc MI enquiries for the business to provide support and coordinate with business other finance divisions to respond to the general/specific ad-hoc MI related enquiries.
- Review, understand, analyse drivers and communicate the key performance targets that the business has committed to achieve.
- The provision of accurate, timely, transparent and insightful management information provided to internal customers to allow them to understand the performance of their business and prompt action to ensure commitments to targets can be achieved.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent)
- At least 3 years previous accounting experience in a financial services environment
- Experience in management reporting roles preferred.
