Morgan's Investment Banking for family owned businesses Group is an EMEA-wide dedicated corporate finance team with presence in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Dubai. The team focuses exclusively on delivering investment banking services to family-owned businesses and private investors. We offer MA, IPO, Equity Private Placement and other corporate finance services exclusively to privately held companies. The Private Client Advisory team closely co-operates with different sector- and product teams in Frankfurt, London and New York. BRIEF SUMMARY OF PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The German Private Client Advisory team is looking for an experienced Analyst or 1st year Associate. The successful candidate will play a vital and accountable role in all aspects of deal origination, transaction execution process and pursuit of strategic business ideas. S/he will join a dynamic team that is far reaching across industries and investment banking products and also have considerable exposure towards clients and senior management. Overall Responsibilities: Participate in the origination and execution of MA, ECM and DCM transactions Perform ongoing coverage of family owned corporate clients and private investors in Germany and Austria Perform sell-side and buy-side investor analyses, develop business plans and prepare market sounding materials for diverse investment opportunities Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the investment and private bank, including senior private bankers, capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions departments Prepare compile pitch presentations for numerous companies across industries that include buy-side and sell-side opportunities, equity capital raisings, project financing and debt capital raisings Supervise and train junior analysts and interns
