Investment Banking Associate recruitment

While we engage in a broad range of buy side and sell side MA activity, EuroConsult, is well recognized by many Fortune 1000 as buy-side MA specialists, with a long and documented track record of systematically finding and bringing targeted strategic $10 million - $200 million add-on acquisition opportunities to our clients.
The Associate will have the opportunity to participate in various phases of ongoing strategic financial advisory projects. Representative responsibilities include:
- Support MA origination and execution advisory services including project coordination/management, client management, financial valuation analysis, due diligence, presentation preparation and delivery, drafting memorandums and management presentations
- Spearhead international company-specific research. Recommend acquisition targets and strategic alliance partners for clients
- Manage strategic consulting projects for clients including mapping of industry landscapes/market studies and conducting target searches as potential acquisitions
- Manage and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank
- Experience managing buyside and sellside processes
- Excellent Excel modeling and valuation skills, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced unstructured environment
