Investment Banking Associates are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring a high degree of maturity, self-confidence and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Preparation of presentations to clients
• Financial analysis, including valuation analysis
• Significant client management and interaction
• Capital markets and technology sector analysis
• Conducting due diligence for the firm’s clients
• Managing and guiding a team of financial analysts
• Strategic positioning of clients and contact with prospective buyers/investors
