SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance, the investment banking arm of SEB and market leader in the Nordics, has recently established a local presence in Germany. We are a team of experienced Investment Bankers having joined from leading international players (such as Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse) and are now looking to extend our team.
Our Mergers Acquisitions team in Frankfurt is looking for qualified Investment Banking Associates.
We offer experienced talents an exciting opportunity to fuel the growth of our investment banking department in Frankfurt. It is a chance to take the lead and responsibility in an international investment banking setting. By working alongside SEB Enskilda professionals, your key tasks with us will include:
- Identifying potential MA and financing situations
- Providing execution support on mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services
- Preparing in-depth valuations, financial analyses, company marketing documents and client presentations
- Advising clients on solving financial and strategic challenges
- Providing guidance and education of our analysts and interns
You are a professional, driven and outgoing person with a genuine interest and experience in corporate finance and financial markets. You are creative and show initiative. You are structured and detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
You are competitive and enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining personal integrity, showing good judgment and demonstrating personal courage. You speak German and English fluently.
