Job Summary Responsibilities

Equity Capital Markets provides clients with advice and execution related to equity and equity-linked offerings in the Nordic region. The team works closely with the Nordic Advisory team, other product teams and the sales desk on a daily basis, creating a dynamic and intense work environment. ECM also assists clients in their communication with the capital markets, both in context of transactions and as part of their continued IR efforts. The role involves exposure to a broad range of sectors and products offering an excellent opportunity for comprehensive and diverse training as well as a solid platform for further career advancement.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Live deal execution (IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles etc.)
- Materials for client pitches including analysis of financing alternatives, developing equity stories, marketing and distribution strategies, etc.
- Frequent interaction with other teams across IBD and other divisions, locally as well as globally
- Everyday contact with the public side to gather market feedback on specific companies and sectors
Basic Qualifications
• At least 2 years experience within Investment Banking
• Must speak Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
