Job Summary Responsibilities:
The EMEA Strategic Relationship Management team operates as the interface of the firm’s Investment Banking and Investment Management divisions to facilitate cross-marketing of the firm’s capabilities to our clients. The mandate of Strategic Relationship Management is to develop firmwide relationships with the most strategic clients of Goldman Sachs and the team accomplishes this by developing and executing strategic business initiatives between IMD and IBD (as well as the Merchant Banking Division and other parts of the firm).
This is a client facing role which entails high levels of regular interaction between senior stakeholders across both the internal businesses and clients. It requires someone who is commercially minded to be able to think laterally and identify value creation opportunities for both divisions as well as work through the extensive data management process involved. The role offers strong growth potential and broad exposure across the firm.
Preferred skills/qualifications:
Candidate must have:
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to articulate confidently with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of the financial markets and products
• Experience within Investment Banking or Securities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Minimum of 2 years experience
