The Investment Banking Division provides a broad-based global service with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and equity, debt, leveraged finance and structured product solutions. Investment Banking Analysts help to assist our clients in achieving their strategic and financial objectives. Our Analysts play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
This role within the TMT team would play a vital part to help guide clients, including companies, governments and private individuals, in their strategic and financing decisions.
Responsibilities include creating and analysing financial models, organising and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, assisting in structuring transactions and participating in and conducting due diligence sessions - a necessary component of financial transactions.
Basic Qualifications
At least 1 years experience within the TMT Investment Banking Sector
Ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and have an excellent academic record
Mergers and Acquisitions experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong financial modelling skills
Robust financial and analytical skill set
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of intellectual curiosity
Solid work ethic and motivation level
European Language skills maybe helpful
