Investment Banking Project Manager (Associate or Vice President) recruitment

Description:

We are seeking an Investment Banking Project Manager in our Boston headquarters. This mid-level banking professional will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of a broad range of transaction types (including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, follow-on financings, buyouts, PIPES and private placements) as well as assisting with business development, client relationship building efforts and training programs. This is a full-time, “at-will” position.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have at least three years of investment banking or related experience.  Experience working with emerging growth companies and strong academic credentials including MBA or JD from a top school are preferred.  FINRA Series 79 license required prior to start.  Applicants should also possess:
