Investment Banking Vice President – Tech M&A recruitment
The Vice President (VP) will be joining a team of experienced investment banking professionals with an established track record of successful MA, corporate finance advisory and capital raising transactions in the Tech sector.
The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of MA experience and either be at the Associate level or VP level from a bulge bracket, mid-tier or regional investment banking institution. Candidates without direct MA deal experience will not be considered. We will consider exceptional 3rd year Associates with Tech experience.
An MBA is preferred but not required.
Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 undergraduate GPA from a top-tier university for consideration.
You will either be already based in the San Francisco Bay Area or have strong ties to it.
