This global investment bank provide corporate advise, financing and capital solutions for their corporate, financial sponsors, institutional and government clients.
A newly created position has emerged at the Vice President level in the investment banking metals and mining team. The successful candidate will need to have outstanding execution skills and be ready to take the next step in client engagement and origination.
Responsibilities will include client coverage responsibility, assisting with sourcing deals and together with more junior staff managing execution and project management or other advisers ( accounting, legal, commercial )
Candidates will have 6 + years investment banking experience some of which must have been covering the mining / resources sector. Appropriate tertiary qualifications ideally in Finance are required as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
