Investment Communications Analyst recruitment

Assist in the coordination of the monthly factsheet production process for a number of the businesses funds which currently cover over 100 different funds across 14 languages.

Ensure that all material is accurate and timely. This process involves:

Tracking fund updates including new product launches and mergers
Providing content consistency across international regulatory boundaries for the international Luxembourg fund range
Tracking and solving delivery and performance issues across the European fund ranges by liaising with counterparts on a daily basis including Sales, Sales Support, Performance, E-Business, Marketing and Product Specialists Technology teams.

Liaise with colleagues across the International region, including client facing, portfolio management and operations teams, to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of any key changes or issues with factsheets.
Contribute to the project to review and enhance factsheet publications.
Liaise with factsheet stakeholders in order to deliver new factsheets to reflect the changing needs of Sales and product line-up.

Skills Technical Skills / Experience

Experience in a data-driven marketing environment
Previous experience within the financial sector desirable but not essential
Analytical skills and eye for detail
Interest in investment matters
Commitment to achieving results
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work across multi-functional marketing and technology teams.
