Effective communications are a cornerstone of delivering world-class service to our clients, consultants, and prospects. We are seeking an Asset Allocation Investment Communications Manager to advance the firm's capacity to deliver high quality investment communications in partnership with Portfolio Managers, Product Management, and Global Relationship teams.

Investment Communications Managers are expected to play a lead role in the following areas:

Product content: create, enhance, and evolve client and prospect investment content for a suite of investment approaches
Timely communications: develop content and tools that help grow or preserve assets, enhance internal investment knowledge, and increase efficiency

Content leadership: review external and internal investment content needs, define and deliver content across products and markets, and advance recognition and utilization of content

Position Responsibilities
Prepare, enhance, and evolve 'core' product content, drawing on product-specific priorities. Ensure relevance and consistency of message across the following media:
- Marketing generics, platform materials
- Client generics
- Client letters
- Investment profiles
- Factsheets
- Standard RFP/RFI language

Facilitate the reporting team's preparation of customized client content
- Devise process enhancements to increase overall efficiency and quality
- Serve as point person for questions
- Approve non-standard content

Provide timely communications across products and markets
- Draft answers to ad hoc client questions (products, macro, markets)
- Provide content on topical developments in capital markets
- Author asset class reviews and/or updates
- Integrate timely, insightful content into presentations and other media
- Develop and distribute ad hoc internal updates (e.g. scripts, FAQs, etc)

Develop additional content, tools, or training that help to grow assets, enhance internal investment knowledge, and increase efficiency

Draft communications on a variety of topics that are intended for broad distribution within the firm

Execute or lead other projects related to the objectives of the group

Qualifications
Candidates are expected to possess a high degree of investment knowledge and interest in capital markets. Experience within the asset management industry and specialization in asset allocation investment approaches are preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential. A writing sample and/or case study will be required.

The ability to establish partnerships within and across functions is critical, as is the capacity to synthesize multiple viewpoints and prioritize accordingly. Effective candidates will display comfort in positions that require leadership, creativity, and productivity.

Attention to detail, an industrious work ethic, and good business/client judgment are also important. An advanced degree and/or a CFA Charter are also preferred.
