Investment consultant in the real estate sector recruitment
My client is a sister company of an independent leader on the Luxembourg market of professional Real Estate Services. In order to develop their team in Brussels, they are currently looking to recruit an Investment Consultant.
You will be responsible for strategic and systematic approach to the capital markets, both institutional and private, in search of opportunities and market trends for sale and acquisition of real estate. You will provide innovative and anticipatory solutions in the field of investment projects, thanks to an excellent synergy with Luxembourg and international investors and local developers and to the open dialogue with the occupiers. Furthermore you will give concrete and efficient assistance to the structuring of products and the optimization of transactions, carrying out cash-flow projections and updates, development and restructuring evaluations, rental shares analysis, market studies.
For this role you have ideally a university degree, preferably in economy or finance. You have several years of experience as a financial consultant, if possible in relation with the real estate business. You are fluent in French and Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English. You are customer and solution oriented. You have very good communication and presentation skills. You have strong organizational skills.
