INVESTMENT CONSULTANT recruitment

Reporting to the GM, you will deliver the sales and profit performance of the Local financial planning team by developing and delivering a dynamic sales strategy tailored to the local market; demonstrating excellent business development (sales) and financial planning skill and closing financial planning deals, at the same time satisfying risk management and compliance standards applicable to the business and build out a professional client orientated team.

You will personally develop and manage a portfolio of customers, build strong community profile via active networking within business community membership with key groups in local market and support marketing initiatives (seminars/sponsorship/PR/media) in local area to maximize brand value at optimum cost/income. You will develop maintain strong understanding of local market and anticipate and plan for future opportunities and threats, develop and execute strategy for new and existing business development activities to ensure delivery of the plan. In addition, you will identify new business and referral opportunities aimed at generating quality leads for the business as well as promoting a holistic approach to financial planning within a structured framework.

To be considered, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, the majority as a financial adviser licensed in Hong Kong with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a passion for investment and customer service. You should have proven experience in successfully leading a team operating in a franchise-like environment, or possesses the capability to quickly adapt. Fluency in English is essential.
