The primary purpose of this role is to meet sales revenue targets by proactively cross selling of banking products. The role will assist Retail Sales and Distribution to achieve business growth and annual revenue targets. You will conduct joint customer interviews with Relationship Managers and the regular investment portfolio review for Retail Sales and Distribution. Reporting to the Head of Advisory, you will assist in monitoring the overall sales performance. With reference to the latest market conditions, you will coordinate and develop new sales initiatives and new investment products.

Additionally, you will coach and support the sales team on sales techniques and market information and ensure performance plan is executed as agreed with Head of Wealth Management and Advisory. All the operations, workflows and processes have to comply with ANZ standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate will require 5 to 6 years of experience in portfolio management, market research or sales experience in wealth management business. A candidate with CFP or CFA qualifications is preferred. Sound knowledge in Wealth Management Products and Hong Kong Banking practices and regulations are required. This apart, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
