Job Description
1. To champion and execute all wealth management sales tactics by coaching and supporting the frontline effort in cultivating business opportunities.
2. To achieve stable and predictable bottom line results through active maintenance of professional competency of the assigned branches.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- To consult on the distribution knowledge of various wealth management products including Unit Trusts, FX and FX derivative structures, Fixed income Instruments and Structured Products.
- To synthesize market information and formulate client interaction tactics to be adopted by frontline staff.
- To identify improvement areas for frontline and provide solutions and alternatives.
- To participate in branch sales meetings and render professional guidance to sales concerns and opinions.
- To support frontline in achieving sales results, including joint client discussion and specialist meetings.
Qualifications Skills
- A university degree; preferably in business or finance related.
- Qualified securities dealing personnel with SFC/HKSI or equivalent; holder of CFA, CFP and CFMP will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in the financial service industry, with exposure in unit trust and/or treasury products
- Excellent sales drive with strong selling skills and ability to work with all levels of people
