Investment Data Manager recruitment
City based fund management house seek an experienced people manager with a strong client focus and significant investment/funds data experience gained from a data management, performance risk analytics or marketing/product management environment within fund management or from a data vendor.
This is a high profile role carrying responsibility for the day to day management of the data management group, and acting as key liaison with fund managers, sales and compliance teams in addition to external stakeholders across a wide range of global locations.
The department specialises in the management of data pertaining to retail investment. This involves managing a wide range of internal and external relationships and managing supplier SLAs and KPIs. The Manager will demonstrate a strong technical understanding of funds and financial products, together with the ability to manage data and client related projects. In addition, the role presents the opportunity to continue to build the profile of the department and to act as data subject matter expert, representing the firm at a variety of external conferences and seminars.
