Investment Director (Equities) recruitment
The successful applicant will take responsibility and accountability for a range of duties, predominantly focusing on:
Taking the position of independent advisor on the integrity of investment processes and ensuring continuity with client requirements and objectives
Acting as key support for sales and business development, by way of leading strategic development, marketing initiatives, close technical analysis and investment integrity
Performing as a 'de facto' Portfolio Manager in liason with clients, consultants (external) and fellow Investment Professionals (internal)
Risk and attribution reviews, alongside evaluation of investment processes and operational issues, and essential contribution and input to product development as necessary.
This is a wide-ranging and particularly senior position, and as such calls for a highly experienced and technically astute professional with exemplary communication, presentation and analytical skills. You may currently be a Relationship Manager or Business Development professional looking to take the next step in your career or, alternatively, you may be an Investment Professional looking to move into a more client-facing position. In either case, you will possess a strong academic record, considerable experience gained within an Asset Management environment on the Equity side and, ideally, the CFA qualification.
