About our client
Our client invests between £3-15m in high growth buy-out and development capital opportunities. The investment team are renowned in their sectors and the fund differentiates itself by the value it can add to its portfolio. It has a significant fund under management and has achieved a number of good exits. With more capital to invest and a growing number of companies to manage, it has a need to bring in an experienced private equity professional or corporate financier.
Responsibilities
- Associate director – you’ll immediately take an active role in transactions and work closely with portfolio companies
Skills we’re looking for
- You’ll be developing a track record of investing in or advising small buy-out or development capital opportunities
- Experience of working on every aspect of a transaction is highly desirable
- You’ll have a passion for helping entrepreneurial management teams
