They have invested circa US$4.0bn in the emerging markets since they were established 10 years ago.
The fund that you will work on is US$750M and 75% committed.
The role is based in Brazil (Sao Paulo) and you must have fluent Portuguese. You must understand the Brazilian market so a local person is the preference.
The role
Responsibilities:
- Origination and Execution of Energy related PE investments for South America
- Participate in existing portfolio investments, analysis, valuation and portfolio management
- Assist in Exiting of transactions
- Strong execution skills
- Management of Associates
Key Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be a fluent Portuguese speaker
- Must have experience covering Energy related transactions
- Must have 5+ years of experience from a Top Tier investment bank, Consultancy or Private Equity House
- Must have prior exposure to Brazil or be Brazilian as an understanding of the market is essential
