Investment Director – Private Equity recruitment
We are a services focussed PE firm with a multi-million pound investment portfolio across the services sector in Europe and the Middle East.
Due to a 4 fold increase in our business, we are looking for an investment director to join us and manage our growing portfolio companies.
Your duties will include
Identify and articulate opportunities to manage businesses either in response to
existing deal flow or at the instigation of an anchor investor
To establish and manage funds on behalf of third parties in accordance
with agreed remit, terms and performance objectives.
To be accountable for ongoing management of the businesses generating deal flow within funds’
Mandate to present to investment committees and then to negotiate, execute, monitor/manageTo report to the Directors and relevant authorities on performance of the
Funds
To help manage the growth and expansion of our social investment activities, including
leading and executing a fund-raising strategy
To ensure full legal compliance, in terms of structures and processes
To develop and manage relationships with new and existing investors and other corporate
partners
To advise the Directors and other stakeholders on risk and liquidity strategies where
appropriate
