Major Global Infrastructure Fund Manager
This Firm is among the top global managers of unlisted infrastructure. Existing investments include airports, renewable energy, power generation, transmission and distribution, toll roads, water and PPPs. Continued success has created a role far an additional Investment Director to join the team in New York.
There are four key aspects of the role:
• Origination and execution of significant and direct infrastructure investment, including the development of acquisition strategy, advocating investment proposals, implementing detailed due diligence and leading negotiation
• Delivery of superior investment returns for clients through implementation of identified asset level initiatives
• Active portfolio management and drive across asset synergies and efficiency
• Client relationships that reflect a culture of prioritising investors
Investment Directors may have an opportunity to act as Board directors of assets within the fund.
The successful candidate will have:
• Ideally 10+ years experience in the infrastructure/utility sector
• A track record of success that demonstrates initiative, self motivation and drive
• A personal priority for teamwork, and an absolute commitment to ethics
Senior management experience in an operations, construction or development roles within the infrastructure sector will be highly regarded.
