An established, well-funded UK mid-market private equity firm with significant funds available to invest. This firm has an excellent track record and a high-calibre team. It targets investments with an enterprise value of between £10m and £50m and invests across different sectors. It can invest on a majority or minority basis.
Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of the investment process, originating new transactions – both off-market and via intermediaries
Skills we’re looking for
- UK mid-market private equity or mezzanine experience
- Ability to originate investments, plus a good contact network with UK mid-market intermediaries
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships based on trust, with management teams
- Ability to lead all aspects of the investment process
