My client is US property developer. They set up a fund to invest real estate projects in China. They have one big commercial project in China. Currently they newly set up their fund team and needs a senior level investment director or VP to join them.
As an investment director/VP, you’re going to report to deputy CEO directly. Also, you’re going to responsible for fund raising, financial modelling, strategic research, etc. And working location will be in Shanghai.
In order to apply this role, you need to own at last 7 years working experience, good education background and working experience in well known fund companies.
