Investment Executive/ Associate, Small to Mid Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client, based in London, is one of leading small to mid cap private equity funds investing in UK growth, turnaround or buyout opportunities. They are now looking to add an Investment Executive to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund.
The role will involve the classic mix of due diligence, investment appraisal, financial modelling, valuations, deal execution and portfolio management of investee companies. Due to the small deal size and nature of the fund, we unbderstand that you will have quite a lot of interaction with the management of the businesses.
They are interested in people who will come from either strategy consulting, turnaround, or industry, with exceptional academics and a real interest in this type of investing. There is some flexibility around the level of candidate they hire. It is very likely that the successful candidate will have gained experience with UK clients.
