Investment Executive, European Real Estate Investor – Suitable for Surveyors, Bankers, Equity Analysts recruitment
Our client is a top performing real estate investor, with significant investments in commercial and domestic real estate in the UK and Europe. They have continued to make significant returns and are looking to increase their investments and acqusitions.
As a result, they are now lookig to recruit an investment executive, who will work with the Director of Real Estate. The position will involve detailed financial analysis of real estate investments; financial evaluation and analysis of property and yields; and assisting with portfolio management.
The position candidates with a clear interest in real estate and who will have a background as follows:
- surveyors or other real estate professionals with a strong mathematical background
- investment bankers with real estate advisory experience
- accountants with real estate experience
- equity analysts or investment professionals with real estate experience
