You will need to be able to differentiate your career to that of your peers, exceptional academic results will need to be complemented by a high achieving career to date. A highly competent technical skill set with a strong focus on LBO modelling will of course be a factor in securing a role within this prestigious firm, however as important will be your bigger picture, more strategic approach to banking and the value this can add to a smaller, more collegiate team.
