An established principal investments firm with a global remit. This firm invests in both mid-market private equity and public equity and has considerable funds under managements.
Responsibilities
- Screening new investments in public equity
- All aspects of the investment execution process including meeting with management and due diligence
- Financial modeling
- Working closely with portfolio companies
Skills we’re looking for
- Mid market corporate finance, equity research or transactions services (FDD) experience in the UK - this is a prerequisite
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills and sound commercial judgment
