Investment Funds Sales Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product and revenue growth of investment funds according to client demand within the bank;
- Responsible for contributing to the results of the business line by managing and developing client advisor relationships;
- The incumbent will provide sales support on the bank as well as 3rd party products of the advisory approved fund shelf and will focus on initiatives and projects in the following areas:
Strategic Sales and After-Sales Activities
- Together with the markets, developing and implementing sales initiatives and concepts (including after-sales) in coordination with product partners in IPS, Global Asset Management and Investment Bank,
- Rolling-out of new products to the Front Office (involvement in marketing events, road shows etc.),
- Following-up with client advisors in market and segment, constantly ensuring a focus on the active campaigns and tracking success,
- Being the point of entry for client advisor inquiries regarding investment products,
- Supporting client advisors in preparation for their client consultations - where appropriate participate in client consultations (for WM clients only),
- Being responsible for on-going education training regarding investment products.
Investment Product Book Development
- Based on the client book screening analysis provided by the internal Advisory Center, pro-actively managing the existing fund book together with Sales Managers, Desk Heads and Client Advisors;
- Continuously gathering market feedback and being a business partner for product developers;
- Supporting and coordinating within respective market of the Research based Advice sales process by actively participating in the respective Local Advisory Committees.
Profile
- Must have several years of experience in a similar position either in a leading financial institution or a leading asset management company;
- In-depth knowledge of investment products;
- Knowledge/experience in marketing sales in the financial industry;
- University degree and CFA charter/ AZEK diploma would be a definite advantage;
- Solid analytical and technical skills with financial market fundamentals;
- Experienced, proactive, highly independent and reliable sales person;
- Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills;
- Ability to succeed in a highly demanding and dynamic environment;
- Fluency in French, ability to work in English and German.
