We’re flexible enough to accommodate the most ambitious of career aspirations, offering training that’s tailored to your personal needs with maximum exposure to a breadth of business areas.

What does the Investment scheme involve?

The scheme typically lasts between 12 and 18 months and involves a series of investment placements in our business units. Trainees typically experience between 5 and 9 rotations over the duration of the programme.

During the scheme you will develop an understanding of the differing nature of the various teams. Towards the end of the scheme we will work with you to find a permanent role that suits your strengths and interests.

What training is provided?

Comprehensive training is provided, both technical and professional. Our graduate induction programme provides comprehensive investment management training and is designed to fully integrate with the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). The programme is tailored specifically to equip new trainees with the necessary skills to seamlessly integrate themselves into the business from their first day. Once you complete this course you can begin your supported study towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications. On-going technical and soft skills training programmes are offered throughout the scheme.
