Investment Guideline Specialist – Up to 85K recruitment
A Prestigious investment management organisation is currently looking for an investment compliance manager to join a newly established coding team in their London Office. This is an exclusive and highly regarded organisation with a diversified and growing business.
The compliance manager will work with various areas of the business, from portfolio managers to operations, working on the intake of client accounts. You will be the team lead on the implementation of guideline coding for new accounts, and the servicing of existing accounts. You will also lead the team in daily monitoring, ensuring any potential issues are identified, and escalating any investment breaches where necessary. You will work with the wider compliance department in developing the agenda of the investment compliance team, looking to enhance existing processes.
They are looking for a creative individual with sound business initiative who will look at innovative ways of resolving complex compliance issues. You will need a strong working knowledge of securities across all asset classes, as the portfolios include equity, fixed income, commodities and currencies. You must have experience in monitoring investment guidelines and coding investment restrictions into a monitoring system. As you will entering a leadership role you must hold the management experience and gravitas that is a requisite in gaining the respect of the talented individuals currently in the business.
