Investment Head, Type 9 Responsible Officer – Asset Management recruitment
Reporting to the Managing Director of the business, the candidate is responsible for:
- Assisting the Managing Director to build and manage a medium size asset management firm
- Managing the Private Equity investment funds and Secondary Market funds
- Participating in marketing, fund raising and product development
- Assisting in formulating investment policy, strategy asset allocation
- Supervising the type 9 regulated activity and overseeing the daily operations of asset management team
- Achieving AUM targets and business development growth plans
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years of management experience in asset management firm
- Registered with SFC RA 9 RO license is essential
- Experience managing of one or more Private Equity, Fixed Income, Equity funds and/or Hedge Funds is needed
- Excellent network and knowledge in local and international investment markets
- Entrepreneurial and a great communicator
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese essential
