Investment Management – AIRRO Analyst/Associate recruitment

The Singapore office is looking to hire an Analyst/Associate to support the Singapore-based team managing the JPMorgan Asian Infrastructure Related Resources Opportunity (AIRRO) Fund, a fund which is part of the Global Real Assets platform (USD ~57 billion AUM). The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the acquisitions and asset management functions through detailed financial analyses, modeling of investments, analyzing due diligence information, assisting with the on-going monitoring of investments and performing research on markets, companies, industries, etc.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing detailed financial models and valuations of infrastructure and related industries investment opportunities
• Drafting internal investment memorandums and monitoring reports
• Preparing internal / external presentation materials on transactions, AIRRO, infrastructure industry, etc
• Performing detailed company and industry research and comparable company analysis
• Participating in due diligence of potential deals including financial, tax, legal, technical, operational, commercial due diligence and etc
• Assisting in post-investment monitoring

Skills

• Degree holder or above; professional qualifications like CFA a plus
• Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in infrastructure/private equity investment, corporate finance/MA
• Experience with constructing full detailed financial models for companies with multiple assets/subsidiaries
• Highly skilled in financial analysis and valuation
• Relevant transaction experience in Southeast Asia
• Experience with conducting detailed due diligence investigations on potential investments
• Strong analytical skills with a high aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral English communication skills; fluency in a Southeast Asian language a plus
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
