Investment Manager – Digital Media recruitment
The client is a dedicated investment manager with interest in venture capital investments across various sectors from clean energy to technology and infrastructure. With interesting investment opportunities coming up across the region in the digital media space, they now seek an experienced sector investment professional to add to their ranks.
Responsibilities
• Be kept updated and at the forefront of the sector by maintaining strong understanding of the competition and business opportunities
• Originate and conduct due diligence through valuations and financial models
• Play an active role throughout the transaction and manage negotiations
• Take lead on all coordination matters and maintain excellent relationship with partners
Requirements
• At least 3 years of investment experience based in Singapore as part of a buy-side outfit, else 5 years of corporate finance experience
• Understanding of the digital media or telecommunications sector with proven track record through relevant deal exposure
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Be comfortable with presentations and possess excellent interpersonal skills
