This firm has a hugely successful fund raising platform which places them in an enviable position. The Renewable Energy team is looking to grow due to the growing pipeline of investments made possible by this funding model.
The team focuses primarily on UK renewable energy projects (although not exclusively) and are one of the largest investors in UK renewable energy. Despite this they are looking to double their investments over the next few years.
The successful candidate will become immediately involved in the origination and execution of renewable energy projects. Typically these deals involve some form of debt finance and therefore they are looking to hire someone coming from a Project Finance background although MA would also be considered.
Candidates must be able to operate at a mid – senior associate level and demonstrate strong and autonomous deal execution ability. Strong modelling skills are vital. This organisation is highly entrepreneurial so candidates must have a commercial and entrepreneurial mind.
