A global fund manager with an established brand is looking to expand their team with an Investment Manager to working closely with the Originations team. Reporting to the Head of Origination, you will support origination and execution of investments. You will develop relationships with developers, investors, fund managers and JV partners to secure investments and ensure long term value realisation of assets. You will take an active role in management of the portfolio including asset fund management, and investor relations.
As an Investment Manager at the Assistant Vice President / Manager level, you will be involved in the following:
- Financial modelling and quantitative analysis on investment targets
- In-depth research and presenting on fundamentals of potential investments as well as broader industry/market research
- Manage deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing
- Support asset management functions for portfolio of assets
- Ad hoc tasks at head office level including supporting the Head of Origination and Investment Committee with investor relations
Your experience will include the following:
- An investments professional with 4-7 years deal experience; minimum of 2-3 years leading the execution of transactions.
- Has an industry background in at least one of the following areas in order to comprehend the complexity of infrastructure deals and stakeholder management with Government and Property Developers:
- Infrastructure (PPP / PFI-UK) or Project Finance
- Property and Real Estate (Structured /or Hybrid deal experience)
- Energy Resources
- Tertiary educated in commerce, engineering, law or economics, and ideally with a CFA, Masters of Applied Finance Investments or an MBA.
