Investment Manager/ Director – Private Equity recruitment
As a senior member of the deal team, you will take responsibility for evaluating, directing and managing transactions. You will be expected to manage the process from initial deal win through to closure, including all aspects of client management and negotiation. Contacts and ability to generate new business would be helpful but not essential.
Experience:
• You are experienced in evaluating and managing investment transactions, probably through working in the VC/PE sector but may come from Corporate Finance.
• You will have experience of analysing potential deals from both a financial and commercial perspective and have a demonstrable track record of managing them from inception through to final completion.
• You will have experience of staff management and development and an ability to work as part of a team.
• You will be also be comfortable working within a small company environment with a ‘hands on culture’.
