About our client
Our client is a leading UK buy-out investor with an active office in Hong Kong. It has investments valued at over £2bn the team has a strong track record as well as a reputation for excellence and high performance. It is a forward thinking fund and has championed many new ways of working in the PE sector. You will be based in the Hong Kong office and will focus on the Asian markets.
Responsibilities
- You’ll support the senior investment professionals in all aspects of a transaction – performing commercial due diligence, conducting financial analysis, and working with investments through to exit
- Use your network in Asia to promote the fund
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience must come from a leading strategy consulting house with strong exposure to commercial due diligence projects involving private equity funds
- In addition to being fluent in English (verbal and written skills) you must be fluent in Mandarin
- Excellent academic record
- Strong inter-personal skills
