Investment Manager (German speaking in Lausanne)
In this exciting role, you will play an active role in the development of transactions. Your main duties will encompass market screening, valuations, financial analysis and modelling, strategic due diligence and management of transaction cycles. You will be working and reporting directly to the Manager of a Special in-house Fund.
The successful candidates should have:
· Strong academic track record, ideally with an MBA
· Around 5 - 7 years of experience in Corporate Finance with a focus on debt financing
· Experience in investments in the form of debt or equity
· Experience overseeing loan portfolios in a bank
· Strong analytical, leadership and negotiating skills
· Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
· Open for up to 50% travelling, mainly to Germany
· Fluency in German and English, French would be an asset
