Investment Manager, Natural Resources recruitment
Our client is an international fund manager with investments across various sectors from energy to infrastructure. With interesting investment opportunities coming up across the region in the natural resources space, they now seek an experienced sector investment professional to add to their ranks.
Responsibilities:
• Be kept updated and at the forefront of the sector by maintaining strong understanding of the competition and business opportunities
• Originate and conduct due diligence through valuations and financial models
• Play an active role throughout the transaction and manage negotiations
• Take lead on all coordination matters and maintain excellent relationship with partners
Requirements:
• At least 6 years of investment experience as part of a buy-side outfit, else 8 years of corporate finance experience
• Understanding of the natural resources sector with proven track record through relevant deal exposure
• Strong financial modelling skills with working knowledge of project and leverage financing
• Must have proficiency in Business Mandarin
• Be comfortable with presentations and possess excellent interpersonal skills
